As you mention earlier that you had seen from the manual that Z400 wasn't provisioned with the secure boot option my plan was to go back to my helpdesk with that info and describe in more detail where the loading process is stalling and go from there as the key is recognizing initial logins but stalling at the citrix desktop load, I think myself and the techs may be thinking apples and oranges just because of the volume of errors being generated and my problem might not be the secure boot issue.Intel OBL Distribution (Commercial Use) License This LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a contract between You and Intel Corporation and its affiliates (“Intel”). As I mentioned in an earlier reply, when I tried pressing the F10 key at start up, the system didn't redirect but simply loaded as normal so that left me mystified as to my next step. I am not a technical person and sadly don't have access to a young techy type relation so have reachout here for assistance. With the great variety of setups the helpdesk isn't able to step each agent through the BIOS setups to locate the secure boot option for each agent so they've told us the what of the problem but not the where.

This key is a secure work environment provided by my service Gigcx (formerly Liveconnect) to enable me to perform services as a home based agent for a particular contract.apparently the last microsoft update reset the function for secured boot from disabled to enabled for some users so they are supposed to change that option back to disabled so the usb can load.
